SHAPE OPTIONS

Square

All four sides are equal. Square stickers work well for compact logos, illustrations, photographs, and balanced layouts.

Rectangle

The longest side will match the size selected. The shorter side will be determined by the proportions of your artwork or the dimensions provided with your order.

Rounded Corners

Square or rectangle stickers can be produced with softly rounded corners for a polished appearance and fewer sharp edges.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

For the best results, upload a high-resolution PNG, PDF, SVG, EPS, or AI file.

Artwork should be clear, properly sized, and free of unintended backgrounds. If your file is blurry, too small, or unsuitable for printing, we will contact you before production.

Keep important wording, logos, faces, and design elements away from the outside edge. We may adjust the artwork slightly to maintain a safe cutting margin.

CUSTOM DESIGN

Have an idea but no finished artwork? Select Custom Design Needed for an additional $50.

Custom design includes one original sticker concept and up to two revision rounds. Logo creation, detailed illustration, multiple concepts, or additional revisions may require a custom quote.

SIZE INFORMATION

The selected size refers to the longest side of the finished sticker.

Examples:

• A 3-inch square will measure approximately 3" × 3".
• A rectangular design selected at 3 inches may measure approximately 3" × 2", depending on the artwork’s proportions.
• A long rectangular design selected at 4 inches may measure approximately 4" × 1.5".

Your artwork will not be stretched or distorted to fill a specific shape.

If exact dimensions are required, enter both the width and height in the design instructions. We will confirm the finished dimensions on your digital proof.

RECOMMENDED USES

• 2 inches: small packaging, product labels, and envelopes
• 2.5 inches: logo stickers, bags, and small boxes
• 3 inches: promotional stickers and general business branding
• 3.5–4 inches: larger packaging, signage, equipment, and highly visible designs

DIGITAL PROOF

A digital proof showing the artwork placement, finished dimensions, and cut line will be sent before production.

Please carefully review:

• Text size and readability
• Border and background placement
• Overall layout

Production begins after proof approval. Changes requested after approval may require an additional fee or reprinting charge.

PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING

Standard production: 3–5 business days
Estimated shipping time: 3–5 business days

Rush production is available for 1–2 business-day processing and adds 25% to the order total, with a $25 minimum. Rush production is subject to availability and does not include expedited shipping.

Production time begins after usable artwork is received and your digital proof is approved.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Colors may vary slightly between your screen and the finished printed product. Screens display colors using RGB light, while printed products use physical inks.

For the best adhesion, apply stickers to a clean, dry, smooth surface. Textured, dusty, oily, waxed, or flexible surfaces may reduce adhesion.

Pricing covers one sticker design per quantity. Contact us for a custom quote if you want to divide your order among multiple designs.
