Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing The Sticker Bitch, operated by The Defiant Dog LLC. Because our products are custom-made, every order requires time for artwork review, proof approval and production.

Processing Time

Our standard processing time is 3–5 business days.

For orders requiring a digital proof, processing time begins after:

  • Payment has been received;

  • All required artwork and design information have been submitted; and

  • The customer has approved the final digital proof.

Time spent waiting for artwork, design instructions, revisions or proof approval is not included in the processing period.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Large, complex or unusually detailed orders may require additional production time. If a longer timeline is necessary, we will contact you before proceeding.

Shipping Time

Standard shipping generally takes 3–5 business days after the order has been produced and transferred to the shipping carrier.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time

The typical estimated delivery time is:

  • Processing: 3–5 business days after proof approval

  • Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Estimated total: 6–10 business days after proof approval

The time required for the customer to approve a proof is not included in this estimate.

Shipping Charges

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed during checkout. Shipping charges may be based on the order’s size, weight, destination and selected delivery service.

Any expedited shipping charge applies only to the carrier’s transit time. It does not shorten artwork preparation, proofing or production unless expedited production has been approved separately in writing.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Tracking may take up to 48 hours to display movement after a shipping label is created. The creation of a shipping label does not necessarily mean the carrier has scanned or accepted the package.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please contact us immediately if an address needs to be changed. Address changes are not guaranteed after production or shipping preparation begins.

We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned or delivered incorrectly because of an address supplied incorrectly by the customer. If an order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to send it again.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If tracking shows that a package is delayed or appears to be lost, contact us at hello@thestickerbitch.com.

We may require the customer to complete or cooperate with a missing-mail search or carrier claim before a replacement or refund is issued.

Carrier investigations and claims can take time to complete. We will provide reasonable assistance and keep you informed of available options.

Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it:

  1. Confirm that the shipping address on the order is correct.

  2. Check with household members, neighbors, mailrooms and building management.

  3. Look around the delivery location and any areas where the carrier may have placed the package.

  4. Contact the carrier or local post office for delivery details.

  5. Contact us if the package remains missing.

A package marked as delivered by the carrier is not automatically eligible for a refund or replacement. We will review the circumstances and may require a carrier claim.

Damaged Shipments

If an order arrives damaged, contact us within seven days of delivery at hello@thestickerbitch.com.

Include:

  • Your name and order number;

  • A description of the damage;

  • Clear photographs of the damaged products; and

  • Photographs of the shipping packaging.

Please retain the products and packaging until the matter is resolved.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

International transit and customs-processing times vary and are not included in our standard 3–5 business-day shipping estimate.
