Return and Refund Policy

The Sticker Bitch, operated by The Defiant Dog LLC, creates custom-made products based on each customer’s selected specifications and approved artwork. Please review this policy before placing your order.

Custom and Personalized Products

Because our stickers, labels, decals and other personalized products are made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Changes of mind

• Incorrect sizes, quantities, colors, wording or other details selected by the customer

• Spelling, design or placement errors approved during the proofing process

• Low-resolution or poor-quality customer-supplied artwork

• Slight color differences between a screen and the finished printed product

• Products that are no longer needed after production has begun

This does not affect your right to receive a replacement or refund if your order arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the approved proof.

Digital Proofs

When applicable, a digital proof will be provided before production begins. Production will not begin until the proof is approved.

Please carefully review all spelling, colors, dimensions, placement, quantities and design details. Approval confirms that the artwork is ready to print. The Sticker Bitch is not responsible for errors visible in an approved proof.

Digital proofs represent the expected appearance of the finished product. Colors may vary slightly because screens display colors differently from printed CMYK inks.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before artwork preparation, design work or production begins.

Once artwork preparation or design work has started, any applicable design or artwork fee is nonrefundable.

Once a proof has been approved or production has begun, the order cannot be canceled, changed or refunded.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as quickly as possible at hello@thestickerbitch.com. A cancellation request is not guaranteed until we confirm it in writing.

Design Services

Simple and custom design services include the number of concepts and revisions stated in the product description.

Design fees compensate us for work already performed and become nonrefundable once design work begins. Additional concepts, substantial changes to the original request or revisions beyond those included may require an additional fee.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us within seven days of delivery if your order is damaged, defective, incorrectly produced or materially different from the approved proof.

Email hello@thestickerbitch.com with:

• Your name and order number

• A description of the problem

• Clear photographs of the products

• Photographs of the shipping packaging if it was damaged

Please retain the products and packaging until the claim is resolved. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, partial refund or full refund.

Minor differences in color, cutting, alignment or finished dimensions that fall within normal printing and production tolerances are not considered defects.

Shipping Damage and Lost Packages

If tracking shows that a package is still in transit or appears to be lost, contact us so we can review the shipment and, when applicable, begin a claim with the shipping carrier.

We may require the customer to complete or cooperate with a carrier claim before a replacement or refund is issued.

If tracking shows the package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors and the delivery carrier. Contact us promptly if the package remains missing.

The Sticker Bitch is not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. If an order is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping it to the correct address.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit-card provider to process and display the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the refund is caused by our error or the order arrived damaged or defective.

Marketplace Purchases

Orders placed through Etsy or another marketplace are also subject to that marketplace’s applicable buyer-protection rules and policies.
