These are custom-printed labels, not a certified safety-label system. We do not determine the correct warning, hazard classification, signal word, symbol, or placement for your application.

Customers must provide and approve the appropriate content, formatting, dimensions, and material requirements. Layout assistance does not include a hazard assessment or regulatory-compliance review.

If your application requires certified materials, specific standards, or documented performance, contact us before ordering. Do not assume these labels meet those requirements.

SIZES AND SHAPES

Available sizes: 1.5", 2", 2.5", 3", 4", and 5".

Available shapes: Circle, Square, Rectangle, Rounded Square, Rounded Rectangle, and Custom Die Cut.

Size refers to the longest finished dimension. For example, a 2" × 3" rectangle uses the 3" size option.

Choose a size that keeps all required wording and symbols readable at the intended viewing distance. Small labels may not accommodate detailed instructions. Contact us for larger sizes or custom dimensions.

ARTWORK OPTIONS

I HAVE PRINT-READY ART

Upload your completed artwork as a PNG, JPG, PDF, EPS, or SVG. Vector artwork is preferred for sharp text and symbols. Raster artwork should ideally be 300 DPI at the final print size.

CUSTOM DESIGN NEEDED

Need help arranging your approved warning text and symbols? Select Custom Design Needed and supply the exact content and formatting instructions.

We can help with layout, but we do not write or validate safety instructions or choose the appropriate hazard symbols on your behalf.

PROOF APPROVAL

Please carefully review every word, number, symbol, color, and dimension before approving your proof. Production begins after approval.

Screen proofs are for reviewing artwork and layout; they do not certify printed colors, readability in your environment, or compliance with a safety standard.

Each quantity selection covers one design. Different warnings or versions count as separate designs.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

Standard processing: 3–5 business days after proof approval.

Estimated shipping transit: an additional 3–5 business days.

Contact us about rush availability before ordering for a specific deadline. Rush production does not automatically include expedited shipping.

APPLICATION AND MATERIAL LIMITATIONS

Apply to a clean, dry, smooth surface at room temperature. Adhesion varies by substrate, coating, texture, and exposure.

These labels are not sold as high-temperature, chemical-resistant, reflective, photoluminescent, or tamper-evident products. Waterproof material alone does not establish suitability for harsh industrial conditions.

Test adhesion and durability on your intended surface before ordering in bulk. Do not cover existing manufacturer safety information. Inspect installed labels regularly and replace them if damaged, loose, faded, or unreadable.
