HOW TO ORDER

  4. Enter the exact web address your QR code should open.

  5. Upload your logo or finished artwork, if applicable.

  6. Include your preferred colors, wording, and other instructions.

QR CODE SETUP

If you provide a web address, we will generate a standard static QR code and place it into a clean, simple sticker layout at no additional charge.

If you already have a QR code, upload the original high-resolution PNG, PDF, SVG, EPS, or AI file.

Need a completely custom branded layout? Select Custom Design Needed for an additional $50. Custom design includes one original concept and up to two revision rounds.

SIZE INFORMATION

We recommend a minimum finished size of 2 inches for reliable scanning. Stickers containing longer or more complex links may require a larger QR code.

The selected size refers to the longest side of the finished sticker. The other side will be sized proportionally.

QR CODE TESTING

Every QR code is tested before production using multiple devices. However, scanning performance can be affected by the sticker’s placement, lighting, viewing distance, surface texture, damage, glare, or changes to the destination website.

For the best results, place your sticker on a clean, smooth, flat surface with adequate lighting.

STATIC AND DYNAMIC QR CODES

QR codes generated by The Sticker Bitch are static. A static QR code cannot be changed after printing. Please verify that the submitted web address is correct and permanent.

If you provide a dynamic QR code created through another service, you are responsible for maintaining that service and any associated subscription. We are not responsible if a third-party dynamic QR code is changed, suspended, or deactivated.

PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING

Standard production: 3–5 business days
Estimated shipping time: 3–5 business days

Rush production is available for 1–2 business-day processing and adds 25% to the order total, with a $25 minimum. Rush availability is not guaranteed and does not include expedited shipping.

Production begins after we receive the required information and any requested proof has been approved.

PLEASE NOTE

Colors may vary slightly between your screen and the finished product. We may adjust the QR code’s size, contrast, spacing, or placement when necessary to improve scannability.

By uploading a logo or other artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to reproduce it.
