Every order is prepared, printed, cut, and packed in-house. You’re working with a real person from your first question to your finished labels.

Choose your size and shape

Sizes: 1.5", 2", 2.5", 3", 4", and 5"

Size refers to the longest finished dimension. For rectangular or custom-shaped labels, include your preferred width and height.

Shapes: Circle, square, rectangle, rounded square, rounded rectangle, or custom die cut.

Measure the usable area of your cup before ordering. A paper mockup can help you check placement—especially on tapered cups, where larger labels may wrinkle. Full-wrap labels require a custom quote.

Quantities: 25, 50, 100, 250, 500, 1,000, 2,000, and 5,000.

We print, cut, and ship your labels!

Vector artwork is preferred. Raster artwork should be 300 DPI at the finished print size. Please submit artwork you own or have permission to use.

Choose Custom Design Needed (+$50) and share your business name, wording, preferred style, and any inspiration. We’ll reach out to confirm the details before getting started.

Application and care

Apply labels to a clean, dry exterior surface before filling the cup, allowing time for the adhesive to bond before exposure to condensation.

Cup coatings, texture, curvature, temperature, and moisture can affect adhesion. Test a sample on your actual packaging before placing a large order. Moisture-resistant material does not guarantee adhesion to a wet or heavily condensed cup.

Keep labels away from drinking rims, spouts, and direct food or beverage contact.
These labels are not sold as food-contact or heat-rated products.
Do not microwave or heat containers with labels attached.
For hot drinks, consider exterior cup-sleeve placement and test suitability.
These are branding labels, not certified tamper-evident seals.

Processing and shipping

Processing: 3–5 business days after proof approval.
Shipping: An additional estimated 3–5 business days.
