ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

For the best results, upload a high-resolution PNG, PDF, SVG, EPS, or AI file.

Square or circular artwork generally fits best inside a circle. Wide or rectangular logos may require additional background space or a modified layout to prevent the design from appearing too small.

Keep important text, logos, faces, and design elements away from the outer edge. We may adjust the placement or size of your artwork to provide a safe cutting margin.

CUSTOM DESIGN

Have an idea but no finished artwork? Select Custom Design Needed for an additional $50.

Custom design includes one original sticker concept and up to two revision rounds. Logo creation, detailed illustration, multiple concepts, or additional revisions may require a custom quote.

STICKER SIZE

Circle sticker sizes are measured by diameter.

A 3-inch circle sticker measures approximately 3 inches across at its widest point and 3 inches from top to bottom.

Recommended uses:

• 2 inches: product packaging, envelopes and small giveaways
• 2.5 inches: logo stickers, bags and packaging seals
• 3 inches: promotional stickers and general business branding
• 3.5–4 inches: larger giveaways, boxes and highly visible branding

Measure the intended surface before selecting your size.

DIGITAL PROOF

A digital proof showing the artwork placement and circular cut line will be sent before production.

Please carefully review:

• Spelling and artwork
• Logo placement
• Text size and readability
• Background and border placement
• Sticker diameter
• Overall layout

Production begins after proof approval. Changes requested after approval may require an additional fee or reprinting charge.

PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING

Standard production: 3–5 business days
Estimated shipping time: 3–5 business days

Rush production is available for 1–2 business-day processing and adds 25% to the order total, with a $25 minimum. Rush production is subject to availability and does not include expedited shipping.

Production time begins after usable artwork is received and your digital proof is approved.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Colors may vary slightly between your screen and the finished printed product. Screens display colors using RGB light, while printed products use physical inks.

Apply stickers to a clean, dry, smooth surface for the best adhesion. Textured, dusty, oily, waxed, or flexible surfaces may reduce adhesion.

Pricing covers one sticker design per quantity. Contact us for a custom quote if you want to divide your order among multiple designs.
